A 20-week Group Coaching experience inspired by Dr. K's Guide to ADHD & Doing Stuff
Build a strong foundation of skills for a more functional life.
Guided by a Healthy Gamer Coach and built around Dr. K’s ADHD Guide, Executive Function Groups help you understand the barriers to executive function (EF) and provide you with actionable strategies to improve your EF across all aspects of your life.
In weekly 90-minute sessions, you'll navigate the key challenges to EF, build a foundation of skills, and apply practical strategies to help you with relationships, communication, task management, motivation, planning, goal-setting, habits, addictions, and more!
Each session leaves you with an action and a reflection, so you can integrate changes in your life throughout the 20-week program. 👍
The Curriculum
The 20-week program is broken down into 4 Arcs that take guide you through a journey of understanding to skill-building and implementation. The goal is to leave you with a strong foundation of knowledge and practiced skills you can use to continue improving your EF and build the life you want.
Arc 1: Foundations of Executive Function (Weeks 1-5)

Hi I'm David! ADHD, body image issues/weight management, and accountability follow-through are some topics I have personal experience with, and would love to support those who struggle with them. I do Software Engineering, improv comedy, D&D, archery, and historical swordplay. I love fantasy games like Elden Ring and Zelda, and books like the Stormlight Archive. I think HG is special, and I'm inspired to help make sure that every person who gives HG coaching a try has a great experience.

I’ve been coaching with HG for 4 years and have been certified in every coaching type we offer. My coaching style is very warm. You can always ask or tell me anything and I hope you will! I work best with those who already have decent motivation to change and next need help sorting out their thoughts and figuring out their barriers. The most important thing to me is that we work together. I won't pretend I have all the answers but if we team up I bet we could work most of them out.
