What is Mental Health May?

May is Mental Health Awareness month. This year, we're helping our community build resilience with a challenge designed to help you notice what needs attention, navigate toward what matters, and nurture new habits.

To participate and get all the latest updates on the event, be sure to join our Discord!

About the Challenge

When one more person telling you to "just stay positive" makes you want to scream, break this glass instead. We built our May challenge to help you build resilience through activities focused on mindfulness, understanding your values, and building habits to help you navigate the mess around you.

Mindfulness isn't just about meditation—sometimes, it’s knowing where your chaos lives so that you're ready when you get there.

This challenge is for anyone who's looking for a way to navigate the chaos, break free from the bullsh*t that keeping us stuck, or just figure out how to take a break from all the noise.

Along the way, you'll earn points, unlock community rewards, enter weekly giveaways, and connect with others going through the same things you are as we break it all down—and then rebuild relationships with mindfulness on our own terms.

It’s not about ignoring the flames. It's about staying present when it's time to walk through them.

Week 2: Choose Your Own *Disaster
In week 2, we'll clear room for what you value, break free from things that drain you, and plan for problems—before things spiral out of control.

Week 3: Thriving out of Spite
In week 3, we'll aim to get just a little better, break self-imposed rules that don't serve us, and nurture moments of joy (because you deserve it).

Week 4: This is fine(..ish)
For the finale, we'll break down what we've learned into sustainable habits as we practice acceptance, resilience, and staying grounded when sh*t gets weird.
